Dear friends of the FARE network!

At the moment the FARE-network is working on some upcoming events and projects - we want you to participate, and especially need your input on three topics:

1. EDUCATION and YOUTH WORK - INPUT NEEDED!

We are currently working to develop a common FARE strategy and programme, addressing racism and discrimination through education and youth work.

We know that many FARE partners have experience of working with youth in order to promote anti-racist values, whether it is in schools, football clubs or youth centres. We believe it is time to gather this information on a Europe-wide scale, find out who does what and how, learn from each other's experiences and promote FARE partner projects and materials through the website.

Please send us your input as soon as possible! - Include a summary of your experiences, your education methods, the context and age you're working with, along with details of any materials you can make available through the website. Please include full contact details.

Send all information to: redazione at progettoultra.it and demballegal at t-online.de

You can also send materials directly to:

2. FARE website relaunch

Suggestions

We are currently working on a revamp of the FARE website. It would be helpful if you could have a look at the website as it is at present and suggest ideas how to improve it in the future. What is missing? What would you like to see more? Please send all your criticism, ideas and suggestions to Martin Endemann of BAFF at endi at aktive-fans.de and Howard Holmes of FURD howard at furd.org . We would also be appreciative if you could send us a short overview about your group (your work in the past, contact details, logo, etc.).

Pictures

It would be very helpful if all FARE partners could compile a cd of photos, logos and images that have full permission to be used on the website. It would be great if one could be forwarded to Martin Endemann and one to Howard Holmes at FURD.

Please send your CDs to:
